Our family run B&B is located at 1000mt above sea level in the mountain area.
Lo Noyer et Les Roses is a hospitable, quiet, comfortable structure, free from smog and pollution.
Nearby our guests, thanks to our advice and suggestions, will have the opportunity to do hiking, discover sites of interest, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A few minutes by car from our residence you can find many activities to make your trip full of experiences (from sport and culture to shopping and relaxation)
Up to 6 guests can stay with us in 3 different rooms:
2 double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 2 people each
1 double/triple room that can accommodate up to 3 people
Cots for children are available with extra charge
The beds can be double or twin
Each room, with independent access, is equipped with its own bathroom with floor-level shower, a kettle for tea and an internet-connected TV.
The property has free wifi and free parking.
Present for each stay bed linen, towels and disposable courtesy set.
We serve Italian breakfast with cold cuts for toast.
There are no steps to access the building.
We do not accept animals.
Breakfast is an Italian buffet divided into 3 tables:
- buffet with sweet and savory dishes with some km 0 products and toaster
- hot drinks station with kettle, capsule coffee machine and milk frother
- cold drink station with 2 types of juice and cold milk
In the buffet you will find: yoghurt, homemade cakes, empty croissants, single-serving or homemade jam, nutella, honey, muesli, cereals, rusks and biscuits, cooked ham, sliced cheese, butter, sliced white and wholemeal bread.

The B&B is located 1000 meters above sea level in a mountain area in the municipality of Saint-Nicolas (Valle d'Aosta), 10 minutes from the motorway entrance, 20 minutes from Aosta and 30 minutes from Courmayeur.
You will find paths in the area for splendid walks in nature.
A few minutes by car you can visit ancient monuments or castles, or if you like to relax some beautiful spas will await you.
For sports lovers, there is the possibility of horse riding, rafting, paragliding, adventure parks, skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing, electric bike rides, etc.
